18th December 2025, Site rules and requirements.
Site Access is via main entrance on Old Pacific Highway as signed.
Ensure 20klm speed limit is adhered to while using the Haul Rd.
Give way to all machinery and equipment while using the haul Rd.
Ensure a flashing light or hazard lights are switch on before entering and or using the Haul rd.
All inducted personnel are to sign in upon arrival to site.
and sign out when leaving site.
Follow SJ Higgins site policies and procedures outlined in the site induction.
Ensure all permits required are approved before commencement of works.
Place all rubbish in Bins provided.
No Food or perishables are to be left in lunchroom fridges overnight; Fridges will be emptied at the end of each day.
No Tools, chargers and or equipment is to be left or stored inside any of the site sheds whatsoever.
Vehicles and machinery left onsite will need approval from the SJ Higgins site managers.
SJ Higgins takes no responsibility for any theft, Damage etc to these vehicles or equipment they are left at the owner's risk.
Subcontractor vehicles will only be allowed onsite with the site managers approval.
Subcontractor vehicles will be allowed to enter site to unload and load once approval from the site manager has been received. All vehicles are to report to the site office before entering site.
Subcontractors are to use dedicated pedestrian crossing between the site compound and the site as signed. This is a shared zone use commonsense when crossing the haul road between site office and the site.
Any Tools and equipment left onsite over the weekends or over any extend break or site closure is the responsibility of that contractor, Higgins assumes no liability for theft or damage of materials and or tools and equipment. This is born Soley by that contractor who owns or has supplied the above.
Ensure all chemicals are stowed correctly as per site rules. -

Before the weekend can all trades please ensure general waste is disposed of an all spoil is loaded out or consolidated.
pits and trenches need also to be filled or barricaded for safety to others. -

Please make sure you look for machinery working in between buildings prior to access please
